阿聯(lián)酋出臺新規(guī)：國際快遞電子認證商業(yè)發(fā)票，追求貿(mào)易簡便與防范欺詐兩不誤！

阿聯(lián)酋外交和國際合作部（MOFAIC）宣布自2023年2月1日起開始對進口商品的商業(yè)發(fā)票進行電子認證。這一決策旨在簡化商業(yè)流程和促進貿(mào)易，同時也減少欺詐和偽造的可能性。 


電子認證將通過“e-invoice”門戶網(wǎng)站提供。該門戶網(wǎng)站將通過國家電子單一窗口（NSW）在線平臺實現(xiàn)，該平臺包括其他與貿(mào)易相關(guān)的門戶網(wǎng)站。 

電子認證流程將要求進口商通過e-invoice門戶向阿聯(lián)酋聯(lián)邦海關(guān)局提交商業(yè)發(fā)票。然后阿聯(lián)酋聯(lián)邦海關(guān)局將審批、認證和蓋章商業(yè)發(fā)票后，才能授權(quán)其在海關(guān)申報中使用。 

所有由國外發(fā)出的、涉及任何進口商品的商業(yè)發(fā)票均必須進行電子認證。鼓勵進口商注冊e-invoice門戶，并熟悉認證流程，以避免對其進口活動產(chǎn)生任何潛在的干擾。

"The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) announces the beginning of the electronic authentication of commercial invoices for imported goods as of 1st February, 2023. The decision aims to streamline the commercial process and facilitate trade, while at the same time reducing the possibility of fraud and counterfeiting.
 
The electronic authentication will be provided through the “e-invoice” portal. This portal will be accessible via the National Electronic Single Window (NSW) Online Platform, which includes other trade-related portals as well. 
 
The electronic authentication process will require importers to submit commercial invoices to UAE’s Federal Customs Authority (FCA) through the e-invoice portal. The FCA will then approve, authenticate, and stamp the commercial invoices before they are authorized for use in customs declarations. 
 
The electronic authentication will be mandatory for all commercial invoices issued abroad for any imported goods. Importers are encouraged to register for the e-invoice portal and to familiarize themselves with the authentication process to avoid any potential disruptions to their import activities."
